Elliptic Vibrating Screen for Mining of TYS Series
Elliptic Vibrating Screen for Mining of TYS Series is developed jointly by Southwest Petroleum University and Zhongxiang Xinyu Electromechanical Manufacturing Limited Company. The screen is a new type vibrating screen for mining which is widely used in industries such as hydropower, coal, metallurgical mines,building material and chemistry. Various fine materials can be classifed, dehydrated and medium drainage by the screen.
The screen uses Force Center Theory of elemental body biaxial inertia of vibrating screen and Following Self-synchronization and Synchronization Stability Theories of biax unequisubstantial diameter product. In order to achieve elliptical vibration of translational motion, the screen uses two sets unequisubstantial diameter products of vibration motor as excitation source.
1. Elliptic Vibrating Screen for Mining has advantages of Circular Vibrating Screen and Linear Vibrating Screen, while the screen overcomes inherent defect of Circular Vibrating Screen and Linear Vibrating Screen. Effectively reduced phenomenon of screen blending and the screen has high efficiency.
2.The screen uses self-synchronization theory of unequisubstantial diameter products and special electrical control container. After the equipment operating normally, anyone of the vibration motor can be shutted down at random and the vibration motor still follows synchronous rotation. The vibrating screen continues running reliably, thus saving power when shutting down the motor to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction. As the experimental result shows, the screen can save 30% to 58% power.
3.Owing to applying elliptical orbit mode of virbation, the filtering ratio of solid material has been efficitively increased 6% to 10%.
